Welcome to CleanScan! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

CleanScan provides users with AI-powered analysis of clothing stains and laundry care labels through photo submissions. This includes free and premium features. The premium subscription ("Pro Access") unlocks unlimited scans and advanced features.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• Billing: Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are billed on a recurring basis. They will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Restore Purchases: If you change devices, you can restore your active subscription using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as determined by Apple.

3. User-Provided Content

You are responsible for the images you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use the images you provide for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the AI analysis features of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your images.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the analysis provided will be 100% accurate or that the solutions will work for every situation. You are responsible for your laundry and any actions you take based on the app's recommendations.

6. Limitation of Liability

CleanScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
